Refund policy
In order to ensure affordable pricing for all customers, and due to the custom nature of each order, refunds or cancellations are not allowed after 24 hours of any purchase. Any cancellation requests within 24 hours of order placement will be honored. We appreciate your understanding and for the privilege to serve you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items typically cannot be returned by customers, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Since our products are classified as personal or customized items, we do not allow returns or replacements on undamaged product. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a replacement however, your item must have been received in a condition other than what you purchased it as. Item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a replacement request, you can contact sales@purifyou.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your original package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
